Postcard: Writing View

How lucky am I? This is the view from my window this morning. I should be reading med student essays, but instead I am writing about my walk to and from school with the kids. The sun is shining, the flowers are cheerful, and the clay tennis court next door is calling my name.img_6097

  1. Just beautiful!

It was wonderful to find your walk to school post waiting in my Inbox — so evocative, I can almost smell those pink flowers (do they have a smell?).

You may be glad to know that the rain has finally stopped in PDX (for now) and we’re enjoying a sunny, clear-blue-sky day here as well.

    XO

  2. 1. What is the name of the mountain (you may have said, I missed it)?
    2. What is the large white rectangle on the mountain (window reflection)?

    1. I’m embarrassed to say I don’t know the name of the mountain. It is one of many along the valley. I think it might be Chicon. And yes, the rectangle is the reflection of the window. Thanks for following along Deb:)
